Good afternoon po, nais ko po sana magpasa ng complaint with gcash. Hanggang ngayon po ay di parin ma resolba ang aking concern sa kanila patungkol sa dati kong account na namisplace ko ang phone ko at ma transfer po nila ang balanse ng pera ko duon patungo po sa bago kong gcash account. Lampas na sa itinakda nilang oras at hanggang ngayon po ay di ako mapanatag sa kanilang sagot at wala pa rin resolba ang aking concern. Maraming salamat po.
