I am student with limited valid id's. I contacted gcash for my account be verified so I can use the funds available on it. I sent all requested documents as needed. However, to make way of verifying my account they will need to create a new one and delete the existing. A new account was created but my funds from my old account was not transferred on the new one. It may be a small amount but it still a fund that I wish to be credited to my account. I reach out gcash support but they keep ignoring my request and the ticket i submitted was closed but not rectified.
