Hi. I purchased a 999 load for my Globe prepaid wifi and the payment was taken out. However, the load was not applied. I called Gcash to confirm the payment and was told it did but when I called Globe customer service they said that my payment was invalid and they never received it and they transferred me to GCash CS again. I've requested for a refund and compensation because of the lost of income they caused me but i never get a proper resolution they keep hanging up and saying the same thing that it's still in process. It's been 2 days without update. Hope you can help me. Thanks
