[GCash Help Center] Conversation with JELMAR - (#75473400) and (#75526247) 5 days na po yan wala pa din nangyari di ko alam kung ginagawa ba nila ang trabaho nila sabi nila within a day mareresulba pero hanggang ngayon wala pa dapat ba ako mag-aalala?

April 24, 2023 G. Reynaldo, Ito ay ukol sa inyong ipinadalang mensahe noong ika-09 ng Abril 2023. Ang impormasyong inyong ibinigay ay patungkol sa inyong reklamo sa G-Xchange Inc. (GCash). Ang GCash ay isang operator of payment system (OPS) ayon sa Republic Act No. 11127, o mas kilala bilang Act Providing for the Regulation and Supervision of Payment Systems, na ipinapatupad ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). Ang AMLC ang ahensya ng gobyerno na pangunahing gumaganap bilang isang “financial intelligence unit,” imbestigador at taga-usig ng mga kaso ng “money laundering,” at tagapagpatupad ng batas laban sa “money laundering,” alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 9160, o mas kilala bilang Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended, at ang 2018 Implementing Rules and Regulations nito.
