Purpose: Want assistance on how do we go about my refund process as Gcash is not helping me with this.

Hi, I've sent about 100 tickets from December 6 until now. Gcash has yet to respond to me and have yet to returned my refund from CEBU PACIFIC. I've used gcash to buy our ticket from CEBU PACIFIC way back May 23, 2022 amounting to Php22,089.64. I've request a refund from Cebu pacific because I contracted covid on August 2022. They have already transmitted my refund of Php21,889.64 as per Cebu Pacific messenger support chat on December 6, 2022. It should take within 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect to gcash. Unfortunately, until now, I have not received any refund.
