Hi! I need to file a complaint against Gcash, I submitted a ticket on Monday for my refund and they gave me a ticket number 109766761 they said it will resolved within 24 hours but no update from them at all, I submit a ticket follow up, they said 3-8 business, I did a follow up again to assure but they said 24-48 hours. I was confuse because they providing false hope. This was regarding the money that I accidentally transferred to my old gcash account. I just need my money back or refund but They don’t help me at all. No response or any update from them.
