To whom it may concern, My name is Mary Grace Cay. I was about to transfer funds to a Gcash store to cash out the money amouting to P2,225 for my son's medicine. Howver, I have entered an incorrect number. It's supposed to be sent to 09561437122 but it was sent to 09561457122. I've been asking help from GCash thru the app with ticket number 118584931,to refund back to my number 09297034521 but they kept on declining my request. They've been sending generic responses instead of helping me. Please I really need the funds for my son's medicine. They won't listen to me. Please help me 😭
