Hi! Can you help me recover the amount of Php4,000 that I erroneously sent to (0927) 869 6132l4 through Security Bank Online? There was an error in the last digit. It was supposed to be “2” but “4” was erroneously typed. I haves reported the matter to Security Bank but was told that there’s nothing that they can do about it. I have tried calling 0927613214 but the prompt says the number is unavailable. I have also sent a message but so far, no reply yet. I also tried checking if the gcash account is active and found out that it is. The account name appearing in gcash is J…..H S. Thank you.
