Philnew Hydro Power Corporation (PHPC) is a domestic independent power producing corporation engaged in hydro power development in the country. The PHPC has secured service contract (HCC # 2014-02-037) from Department of Energy (DoE) to develop a 6.2 MW Hydropower Projects on Clarin River in municipality of Clarin, Province of Misamis Occidental.
We understand that DPWH is maintaining a Gauge & Discharge Site on Aloran River in Juan Bacayo, Aloran, Misamis Occidental and continually monitoring river stage and discharges. The Aloran River is an adjacent river basin to the Carin River, as such
