Subject: Urgent Attention Required – Hazardous Garbage Collection Practices in Brgy Victoria Reyes I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing concern regarding the collection of garbage in Barangay Victoria Reyes, particularly the alarming situation that has unfolded over the past few days.It has come to my notice that the garbage collectors have been selectively picking up waste instead of promptly collecting all trash as required. This has resulted in a significant delay, with garbage collection extending to an unacceptable period of 2 to 3 days.
