I am a PhD researcher at the Graduate School of Pan-Pacific International Studies (GSP), Kyunghee University in South Korea. I am conducting a study on the Causal Effect of Gender Development Spending on Eliminating Violence against Women in the Philippines. I am hoping to get the data (by region, if possible) of the GAD budget allocation and utilization from year 1995 to 2018.
