Hi, I would like to request the GAA reports on DepEd for FY 2009-2018, in either pdf or xlsx.
This is similar to the following 2019 document
https://www.dbm.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/GAA/GAA2019/TechGAA2019/DEPED/DEPED.pdf
I am specifically interested in the 2009-2018 school-level, division-level, and region-level budgets for Deped school operations with UACS(?) program numbers: 310400100002000, 310400100003000, 310400100004000, 100000100001000.
I could not find the same level of detail in the GAA archives.

To be more specific, I am looking for the following GAA expenditure information for DepEd under General Management and Supervision:
Personnel Services, Maintenance and Operating Expenses (MOOE), Capital Outlays, and Totals for
- all DepEd regional offices
- all DepEd division offices
- all DepEd high schools
In years prior to 2019, the MOOE and Capital Outlays information is missing for the DepEd high schools.

Upon closer inspection of the archives, I have found most of the pdfs that I need in the file path "GAA_yyyy/DepEd/A.pdf", where A signifies the office of the secretary.
The one exception is for year 2014 where the detailed GAA pdfs (with school-level MOOE/ personnel services / capital outlays) for DepEd are missing. Can this be retrieved?
While I have managed to retrieve the 2009-2013 and 2015-2018 pdfs, if you can share the .xls (Excel) versions of the said files, that would be most helpful (for years 2009-2018) as well.
