Response to Request The DILG has issued a Memorandum Circular dated 08-08-2018 re: Guidelines for Local Government Units on the Strengthening of Evacuation Systems using the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF). Said issuance details on how LGUs can improve their Disaster preparedness plans and allows the utilization of funds for such cause.
