Hi! I would like to request for information. Your eSerbisyo Portal (LRA San Fernando Pampanga branch) is requiring for the ff. info not indicated in my TCT: 1) Block number 2) Plan number 3) but all other infos requested, I already have. They are prerequisites for me to request a CTC of OCT no. 2139 which was indicated in my TCT as source of mt TCT's full technical description (geodetic lines, bearings & distances). I am the owner of TCT no. 039-2022011621 as of 2022. Thank you very much.
