Hi, nag acquire po ako ng unit sa Lumina Camarines last December of 2020, at pinangakoan na matuturn over ang unit after downpayment. Natapos ko na po ang aking DP which is a total of ₱173, 850. Hanggan ngayon po ay wala po development and it's obvious that it will not be turned over on the mentioned date.
Nakausap ko po ang ibang buyers and was told that they started paying in 2017 but still no update. Nag email po ako sa kanila asking for a full refund since I believe sakop pa po Title IV, Section 23 of Presidential Decree 957. Unfortunately, may kaltas po na 15,000 which I believe is unfair
