Hello Ma'am/Sir I would like to request someone who can help my needs as a student. I am struggling financially. My mother is just a balut vendor and my father has no job because he was just recovering from high blood pressure. I am a 3rd college student right now. I badly need a laptop for my future. I want to explore more about web development but I cannot expand my knowledge or practice coding because I don't have a personal computer. Since 1st year I am hoping that I can be part of the TES SCHOLARSHIP but till now I am not been part of it. I hope someone will help me.
