Hi! I would like to report Mr. CHRISTIAN ROCELNA OCAMPO from Lipa, Batangas, for scamming me in facebook. I gave him 5,295 pesos through Palawan Express because I have purchased a second hand laptop from him but yesterday when I was in LBC express, I was told that the package is cash-on-pick up and the seller wasn't him. Mr. Christian Rocelna Ocampo was toying me and the seller. I have proofs and evidence including screenshots and Palawan Express receipt. Please help me to investigate this matter. Don't tolerate this kind of scamming scheme. SCAMMER: CHRISTIAN ROCELNA OCAMPO IN LIPA, BATAN
