I would like to report and to investigate this following #: 1. +63 953 481 2069 - controlling my money and keep me paying 60k to take back my money 2. +63 965 046 1751 - giving me a Gcash number to send the prepayment to complete the task to take back my money. (so it never came back because of their scam business) 3. +63 936 904 6885 - I send 34k 4. +63 915 771 1243 - I send 5k 5. +63 966 328 1843 - I send 5k and 7k

May 9, 2023 Dear Mr. Gomez, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 18, 2023 09:05:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Please be advised that your case, as presented, does not fall within the jurisdiction of the AMLC to investigate. The AMLC, as the central anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) authority of the Philippines, primarily functions as a financial intelligence unit, money laundering/terrorism financing investigator and prosecutor, as well as an AML/CTF supervisor, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160, otherwise known as the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended, and its 2018 Implementing Rules and Regulations. Its investigative authority is limited to money laundering and terrorism financing-related activities and does not extend to crimes (like fraud) in general. The incident may be reported to GCash through the GCash Help Center website. The website provides a step-by-step guide to filing a report with GCash for swindling. You may also file a report with the Philippine National Police (PNP) or National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) personally by going to the nearest PNP or NBI office or on-line thru their respective website. Please be guided accordingly.
