Hi, I am the Authorized Managing Officer of Fortstone Construction Enterprises with PCAB Lic. No. 31668. I Want to know the reason why this license was downgraded from Category "B" to Category "E" after the online renewal last June 2020. I have already sent the same query to PCAB and CIAP but no reply was received up to this writing. Thank you.

August 4, 2020 Dear Kadil Ugalingan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 18, 2020 09:50:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for the information why Fortstone Construction Enterprises with PCAB License No. 31668 was downgraded from Category B to Trade/E. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. According to the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board, the license was downgraded due to the non-nomination of a Sustaining Technical Employee (STE). Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Executive Director Doris U. Gacho at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
