I would like to file formal complaint against Converge ICT. The company has been overcharging us since 2020 and cutting the line then expecting us to pay for the service that we DID NOT RECEIVE FOR 3 MONTHS. It was an error from their part but they neglect their responsibility to resolve. Several follow-ups have been made but they never got back to me. Until now, we are being over-billed and we even pay for the service that wasn't provided for the past 3 months. Kindly check on this complaint against Converge ICT as i am very MAD of there terrible system that makes people to pay even without s
