Form B-309 was duly accomplished on the first submission but was rejected by the Medical Section. Reference No. SNEW1232022022127345 Resubmitted Form B-309 New Reference No. SNEW9002022051306699 Co-employees submitted the same duly accomplished form B-309 as the one I have submitted. I don't know if the attachments were downloaded in full for the EC Claim, as the SS Claim was approved. Kevin Moralde

Thank you ------------- -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS; -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19; For more information, you may reach us through our chatbot in our website ecc.gov.ph or FB page facebook.com/ecc.official Thank you.
