Hello, I am Frederick Aguilar from Bulacan tin no: 514-383-822-00000 I would like to transfer my RDO from (RDO-26 Malabon) to (RDO 25A/B Bulacan) because my residency is on Bulacan. can i get this done online? it is quite far from my home to the RDO-26 office. Thank you!
