Good day! I am Mary Jessele Dizon from Misamis Oriental with TIN # 429311315 I am sending this email to ask BIR if I may transfer my RDO code from RDO 50 (Makati) to 98 (Cagayan De Oro City) since we already moved and my new address is now in Alubijid Misamis Oriental. I am also now a Freelancer from being an employee. Would it be possible to send the necessary documents via email or other ways other than travelling back to Manila from Mindanao? Thank you.
