Hello,
I recently got married and gave birth to a child. Hence, I need to change my status from Single to Married with one dependent and update my last name. I asked our HR team and was told that our RDO is now 126, should I go to the BIR branch where I’m currently registered or can I get an email address where I can send my new details using the form 1905?

Just to clarify, I don’t need to change RDO as I won’t be moving companies. I just need to change my status to married and add one child dependent. Should I still use 1905 or form 2305?
