Create an account then request TOR, pay and submit the requirements. There will be a status monitoring for your requested document. You will be informed if it is ready for pick-up. Upon pick-up, present client’s copy of application form together with authorization letter and ID, if claimant is immediate family member or Special Power of Attorney (SPA), is claimant is other than immediate family member.
