Hi! I would like to ask if I can get my school records from my elementary school, Angels Care Christian Academy of Bulacan, Inc. i believe the school was already closed in Bulacan. Also if valid, I would also like to request my form 137 from my high-school, Agustinian School of Cabuyao. My name is Karl Jamiel Borbe Funtanares and my birthday was March 17, 1999.
