Kindly refer to Section 28 of DepEd Order No. 88, s. 2010 dated June 24, 2010 (https://www.deped.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/DO-No.-88-s.-2010.pdf), otherwise known as the 2010 Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education (p. 67):”
Section 128. Withholding of Credentials. The release of the transfer credentials of any pupil or student may be withheld for reasons of suspension, expulsion, or nonpayment of financial obligations or property responsibility of the pupil or student to the school. The credentials shall be released as soon as his obligation shall have been settled or the penalty of suspension or expulsion is lifted.
However, you have the right to discuss your concern with the teachers, school principal, school administrators, or officials for clarifications. If this is not settled, you may contact the Schools Division Office (SDO) of General Trias City through the details provided below and look for the supervisor in-charge for private schools.
