Please be informed that the receiving school has the responsibility to register/update learner's record in the Learner Information System (LIS) and in the absence of the Learner Reference Number (LRN), the receiving school is instructed to register the child in the LIS (if qualified) so he/she can obtain his/her LRN, pursuant to the attached DepEd Issuances.
