I would like to file a complain regarding my Form 137, I send my sister to get my Form 137 at Tuliao High School, (Sta. Barbara Pangasinan, When my sister ask Teacher Melanie Magalong she said that she cant do it today because they have out lunch out with her co teacher, and she was arrogant and she said she can process by January 2021, my sister told her that its really important but she insist that she cant do anything. this type of service of Filipino people exist especially when the people who ask them unknown or poor.hopefully you can help me and give a report regarding this matter.
