Magandang Araw po sa inyo Sir/Mam ako sana ay humihingi p ng tulong para po makasali sa graduation ang aking anak sa Duquit High School grade 10 di po sinali ang anak ko sa graduation sa kadahilanan po na di ko po masubmit ang form 137 sa kadahilanan po na meron po kaming unsettled account sa dating school sa Jose Feliciano college. nasabi ko nman po sa adviser na to follow ko nalang po pero ayaw po nila nakakaawa naman po ang bata kung di po nila isasali sa ceremony. sana po matulungan po ninyo kami gaganapin na po ang graduation sa friday pp kaya sana po makahabol po ang anking anak.
