Hi! I would like to ask your assistance regarding my F137 for shs.
I graduated shs from St. Augustine School of Nursing Lagro branch in 2018. By April 2022, I need to complete all the requirements to graduate; one of these is my shs F137. However, SASN Lagro closed down years ago.
I have a request letter for a copy of F137 from my current school but no one is available to receive it. Since 2021, I've been trying to coordinate with them through other branches. However, it seems that even their system is failing to accommodate my request.
