Hi! I would please like to request my Form 137 in High School from June 1, 2006 until March 30, 2010. This is in accordance with the School Application Requirements needed in Canada. The name of my secondary high school was Al-Hekma International School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, they have had officially closed last 2011. I hope you can help me as soon as you please. Thank you.
