Purpose: LTO Portal Reset Credentials

Hi, I would like to request a reset to my LTO Portal. I tried to reset it from LTO Portal but unfortunately I don't have my registered email with me while on the other hand I don't also have my LTO Client number with me. Is there any chances I can bring back my credentials on LTO Portal ? Or maybe an option to be able to reset my credentials. Thank you
