Dati po akong empleyado ng kumpanyang Shin Baz Trading Corp na noon ay may iba't-ibang pangalan. Produkto nila ay mga multicab at wing van trucks galing Japan. Dati po noong ako pa lang ang secretary napag alaman ko po sa mga documents nila na pinipeke nila ang mga identities ng mga pilipinong shareholders na hindi po pala nag e-exist at ang mga banyaga lng po ang nagfo-forge ng mga pirma ng mga pinoy para maisagawa ang company. Di sila nakapagbayad ng TAX sa BIR noon sa kanilang mother company (Sambong Corp)at nagbebenta ng maraming sasakyan na walang OR, para matakpan dinedeklarang 0 sales.

Karagdagan po: meron din silang empleyado noon na banyaga nagtatrabaho in visiting visa, kapag may mga nag che-check na taga government tinatago nila ito or pinapaalis muna sa office dahil wala itong working visa, matagal na po itong nagtatrabaho sa kanila.

This refers to the complaint with Ticket Number BI-427933367004 forwarded to the Intelligence Division on 11 August 2020.
We acknowledge receipt of your email request.
Please note the information you requested is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which aims: to “ protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Thus, the Bureau could not disclose the subject information to private individual without the Special Power of Attorney of the owner of the Data or without court order.
In addition, we cannot fully and instantly respond to the above-referenced complaint without the essential information such as:
(1) Full name of foreign national/s
(2) specific office address/es.
Further, it is also vital if the complainant could provide some documentary evidences such as but not limited to:
(1) photos
(2) documents
(3) and proofs that could strongly substantiate his/her allegations.
We also advise that a formal letter complaint addressed to Commissioner should be filed for proper dispostion of this issue.
