Today I heard some people in my company about The Blacklist of Foreign employee. I afraid that my name was in the Blacklist already. Dear Nhung, We sincerely apologize for denying your request. Please be informed that all queries or applications relating to derogatory records are only accepted and processed at the Bureau of Immigration in Intramuros, Manila for purposes of uniformity and security. If you are unable to personally appear at the BI Main Office, you can designate a representative on your behalf by providing an appropriate Special Power of Attorney (SPA). For us to proceed with the checking of your derogatory record/s, you must submit the following documents: 1.Letter Request addressed to the Commissioner; 2.Photocopy your passport bio-page; and 3.Special Power of Attorney (SPA) with a photocopy of a valid government issued ID of attorney-in-fact in case the application is filled by an authorized representative.
