May we respectfully inform you that pursuant to the declaration of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) as a measure against the threat of Covid-19, the Freedom of Information-Project Management Office (FOI-PMO) has ordered the suspension of the period to resolve FOI requests until such time that the ECQ is lifted or the agency has sufficient capacity to process and resolve requests. With the lifting of ECQ, it is only at this time that the Fund was able to process your request. Thus, we would like to offer our apologies for the delay in our reply. Regarding your eFOI request for a copy of Pag-IBIG Fund’s list of foreclosed properties in the cities of Cebu, Talisay, Lapu-Lapu, Mandaue, and Municipalities of Consolacion and Liloan, the Fund’s Acquired Assets Division, Loans Management and Recovery Department, Cebu Housing Business Center (HBC) has provided the list of ROPA properties in Cebu that was already approved by the Committee on Disposition of Acquired Assets, Cebu HBC for disposal through Sealed Public Auction. However, as a measure against the threat of COVID-19, our Cebu HBC is temporarily suspending their Sealed Public Auction activities. Rest assured that we will post the new schedule including the list of inventories in our website at https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/acquiredassets.html as soon as Cebu HBC’s ROPA disposal activities will resume.
