Good day, I am one of the lucky winning bidder from batch 15160. I immediately complied and paid 1000 pesos for the reservation dated 14th of May.  Ako po ay isang seaman na nangangarap lang din po makapag pundar ng sariling bahay. Habang pinoproseso po ang aking papers, sinabi po sa akin ng inyong staff sa window na kailangan naka onboard na ako kapag nag conduct na kayo ng ci. Kung hindi ay automatic bagsak na po ako sa ci and worst blacklisted pa. 
Ang tanong ko po sana ay hindi po ba unfair na upon ci at hindi pa ako nakasampa ay sure na bagsak na po sa ci? Thanks
