hello My Date hired is Dec 08, 2020 as a rigger position in my company after a 5 months (May 2021) they promote me as a Driver and im sign for 1 year evaluation., in this case this day May 2022 is my evaluation., In law the evaluation is only 6 months, how can i fight it with my employer for my regularisation., im almost 1 year and 5 months till present working in the comoany? Then what if? After my evaluation they push me to sign another contract for 1year., can i refused it to sign the contract for 1 year and fight for my regularisation? My company is not a Agency it is a Corporation?

Good day I start work december 7, 2020, for Rigger position and end in june 7, 2021 But after my contract end they promote me as a driver for a fixed term employment contract starting may 22.2021and end this may 22.2022 My question is nung contract ko as a rigger position ay 6 months then natapos ko ito kasi naging driver na ako., pwede ko ba ilaban yung unang contrata ko na dapat ay regular na ako sa company dahil lumampas na ako sa six months period? Para naman sa driver position it is fixed term employment contract for 1 year pag ba lumampas ako sa one year regular nadin ba ako., kasi i renew lang ulit ng employer ko for 1 year contract again., dapat ba ay regular na ako pag natapos ko ang aming contrata? I attact my 2 contract for rigger and driver
