Sir/Madam: Greetings! Respectfully requesting for an update on the Status of your HRMPSB Screening Process and/or appointment regarding the Assistant Municipal Treasurer position of LGU Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur. As a PRIME-HRM Level II-Accredited agency, our LGU is in the process of updating our periodic promotion and recruitment plan. I have already conveyed this request through the Freedom of Information (FOI) website with Tracking No.

Thank you for your request dated March 6, 2024, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested the number of FOI Users from 2016 to the present.

Upon evaluation, the publication of the position of Assistant Municipal Treasurer of Sta. Cruz, Davao Del Sur had expired. Thus, the docket of the same shall be transmitted back to our regional office no. XI, Davao City. Said office will coordinate with the LGU Sta Curz for the republication and updating of the supporting documents.

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. To initiate this process, kindly submit your written appeal for review addressed to [email protected]. Please provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction with our response within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving this response.
