Thank you for your request dated Jul 29, 2021 05:00:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Mr. Rubio the Freedom of Information is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give public information about the data, programs, services and benefits of government offices. What you are requesting is a personal information on your DOLE-AKAP application. We suggest you address your request to the DOLE Regional or Provincial Director for the status of your benefits. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
