OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on November 11, 2020 and was evaluated by OWWA-RWO 4A as PENDING until you are able to submit on-line clear copies of the requirements. Your alleged submission of requirement for DOLE-AKAP is not reflected at the OWWA Verification System. You have to provide us proof of submission.
