Hi, I would like to know from the OWWA-DOLE-AKAP if they have received my cash assistance application sent last 07 Jan 2021? To date, the OWWA Verification System has NO RECORD of online DOLE-AKAP application for an Anna Lourdes Locsin. Apply using the OWWA APPS or go to www.owwa.gov.ph. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
