Thank you for your request dated Mar 27, 2021 06:08:29 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 11, 2021 and was DISAPPROVED by OWWA-RWO 3 since your documents show that you arrived on 1/12/202 and departed on 02/09/2021. The DOLE-AKAP is for the repatriated worker o kaya pina-uwi na ng employer at hindi natapos ang contrata sa dahilan ng COVID-19.
