February 24, 2021 Dear Ms. Alma Alana, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 17, 2021 03:22:51 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-TABANG Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 4, 2021 and is on cue for a DOLE-TABANG evaluator from OWWA-RWO 4A. If qualified, your documents shall be endorsed to DOLE Regional Office-IV-A for the pay-out of benefits. Follow up with DOLE Regional Office IV-A for the benefit of your dependent. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
