Good day ! I already submitted all the required documents for ECC cash assistance for covid19 positive, in ECC Makati office dated September 08, 2021. For now I didn't receive any email, call or text message about my ECC claims. I would like to follow up the status of my claims. Thank you.

Thank you -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS; -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19; For more information, you may reach us through our chatbot in our website ecc.gov.ph or FB page facebook.com/ecc.official Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Silvestre H.
