I am Jaquelyn Raymundo. I applied cash assistance for ofw affected by pandemic last APRIL 15, 2020 online in dole akap. until now there is no response from owwa. I just want to follow up for it. Hope you can hear my queries. Thank you so much.

Para po sa kinauukulan,
Ako po si Jaquelyn Mendoza Raymundo isang seafarer na umuwi noong Ika 16 ng Enero. Pabalik na sana ng Abril sa barko ngunit naantala ng dahil sa covid19. Tumawag po ako sa 1348 at snsbe na kailangan ko mag privide ng Proof of loss of employment. Sana po maaprubahan ang aking request dahil ako lamang po ang inaasahan sa amin at wala na po akong ipon.
Nag apply po ako sa cash assistance ng owwa noong Abril 15 taong kasalukuyan. Nag comply po ako sa mga requirements ng owwa. Nag reply po ang owwa sa akin noong 18 ng Abril ngunit computer generated email lamang po. Hanggang ngayon po wala pa din approved ang request ko. Ang mga kasamahan ko po na na bumaba ng parehas na araw at nag apply ng mas huli sa akin e naka tanggap napo sila. Nag apply sila ng 23 ng Abril tapos ako po ay 15 ng Abril. Nakikiusap po ako sa Inyo sa approval ng cash assistance na maitutulong ng owwa at dole. Malaki Pong tulong ito para sa aking pamilya na wala naman inaasahan kung hinde ang aking Pag babarko. Maraming pong salamat sa inyong pang unawa at umaasa po ako na matugunan ninyo ang aking maliit na hinihingi. Ulet marami pong salamat

FYI po ilang beses na ako tumawag sa 1348 hotline and only remarks lang daw po ang nakikita nila dun at hindi kaya mag follow up sa dole akap NCR. Ang remarks po doon ay magpasa ng proof of loss of employment due to covid na akin naman po pinasa sa email ng dole akap ncr noon abril 25. Yun na lamang po ang kulang ko. Ngunit hanggang ngayon wala na ha ni ho na response sa aking mga email ang dole NCR. di lingid sa kaalam ko na maraming nagpapasa ng financial assistance online ngunit ang kasamahan ko pong huli nagpasa parehong region ay nakatanggap na ng 10k assistance. Labis po akong nalungkot dahil kailangan ko din ng tulong ngunit para bang hindi ito napapansin. Maraming salamat po.

Don't tell me to email dole akap ncr because I already did. A lot of times but they have no response at all. I already sent the proof of loss of employment last april 25. Still no approval for my financial assistance. Help me about this.
