17 May 2018 Dear Ms. Infante: Greetings from the Presidential Communications Operations Office! Thank you for your request dated 8 May 2018 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. YOUR REQUEST: You asked for the data on FOI requests received and acted upon by GOCCs and GFIs. RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST: Your FOI request is SUCCESSFUL and APPROVED. Please see attached Excel worksheet, which contains the statistical data on FOI requests received and acted upon by GOCCs and GFIs. Data is up to date as of 16 May 2018. Please be informed that only 82 out of 118 (or 69.49%) GOCCs and GFIs are onboard the eFOI portal. Further, only 375 out of 4,440 (or 8.45%) requests were lodged to the said 82 GOCCs and GFIs.
