This is a request for a copy of the 2018 Arrival and Departure Timestamps of my deceased wife Florifina Quiñones Lopez as a pre-requisite legal document in filing a civil case to justly claim the partition properties to which I am entitled. I hereby certify that the said document will be utilized as it is required for and to uphold the rightful claim in accordance to the Philippine Law of which it is ruled. Your request You asked for Florifina Q Lopez 2018 Travel Logs Arrival-Departure. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file and request for your deceased spouse’s travel record at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order. Moreover, you must present proof of death and marriage by presenting your spouse’s Death Certificate and you Marriage Certificate. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, NORMAN G. TANSINGCO, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
