Hi! I'm Ranjea Carreon currently working on a thesis proposal for an economic assessment of flood risk management projects in Mandaue City. In this regard, may request the following information:
1. In creating/planning/designing for flood control projects, what discharge return periods were used for these following projects with contract ID: 15HN0172, 17H00025, 19HN0056(all projects are in connection with the Butuanon River Catchment in Mandaue). Was it 5yr, 25yr or 100yr return period?
2. Does DPWH have a standardized design for flood control projects regarding what discharge return to use?
