Greetings!
I am a Master's Student, currently staying here in Japan. I am studying Flood Disaster Management under and ICHARM. My thesis focuses on Climate Change in Agno River Basin.
I would like to request the following for Pangasinan LGUs (Municipalities and Cities): 

1. flood reports from 01/01/2010 to 12/31/2021
with the following information:

a. flood depth
b. specific location (up to barangay level)
c. date of flood started
d. date of flood subsided

2. Comprehensive Land Use Plan

I believe that it will help me for the completion of my thesis study for climate change analysis.
